If I were you, I would put all of what you said in a letter to AG. It obviously shows how good of a customer you are- with all your purchases, and I have to think this is not typical of their customer service. If they are smart, they will refund you some of your shipping expenses in the form of a certificate. In fact, I would request that in the letter- a refund for the shipping of the items that you had to send back repeatedly. Mention the part about wanting to buy another doll, but being hesitant to do so.

Sorry this has happened. I know it can take all the joy out of what should be a fun experience.
